Brazil, Brazil, Brazil I love Brazil i want to travel and explore the beautiful country some day.
I'm a big soccer fan and Brazil has always been my favorite team (except when they loose lol j/k) I just Love how Brazilians cheer their team on. I was reading that the Brazilian government supports their country by allowing all employees to take the day off when Brazil has a soccer match. The government even encourages their people to celebrate with friends and family and enjoy the day off. (How cool is that) and for those that have to work the company makes sure a t.v is present so that their employees can watch the game while they work. Next world Cup will be hosted by Brazil in 2014 hopefully i can save some money to be able to go (wish me luck).

I also want to be able to go to to the booty shaking carnivals. Where girls and guys dance almost naked around the streets of Rio.

Check out what 2camels.com had to say about it.
Carnival in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. For four days prior to Ash Wednesday each year Rio lights up and literally no-one is spared! The commercial aspects of Carnival at the Sambadrome we've all seen on the box - the Parade of Schools where multi-million dollar floats and scantily clad locals (and tourists) compete to the rhythm of their baterias but Carnival in Rio de Janeiro is much, much more than what goes on in the Sambadrome.

Follow the bloco scene and party all night long to live music, local processions and Brazilian samba fuelled by plenty of the local poison, caipirihna - available from just about anyone, anywhere, anytime. For recuperation during those hazy daylight hours relax on some of the most magnificent beaches that grace God's given earth (Copabobana, Ipanema), then, prepare to do it all again. Carnival in Rio is in the streets, it's in the people, it's rhythmic and it's incessant. If you're body can handle it, you've just got to experience one Rio Carnival before your time is up!

Cristo Redentor
By: Latin America History

the statue of Christ the Redeemer in Brazil is one of the most instantly recognizable South American images. Perched atop the Corcovado Mountain and overlooking the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro, the statue is visited daily by thousands of tourists and pilgrims alike.

Here is a brief history of Christ the Redeemer, from the conception and construction of this Brazilian icon to its selection as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.

Hope you have enjoyed my Brazil design as well as some of their main attractions
